I'm a former anxious kid. Life threw me some curveballs, (which seemed normal at the time), and I absorbed them into my nervous and belief systems. As a teen I had an ulcer and a stress induced mysterious skin condition. The panic attacks came in my early 20s. Because of those challenges I know what anxiety looks and feels like. Through self-awareness, self-love, and some cool stress-less techniques I've learned how to be in control of my mind instead of the other way around. I still have to manage the anxiety; it's part of who I am. But I'm the driver of this condition now. I can help you be the driver of your life, too.
