In this two hour workshop you will learn how anxiety actually plays a valuable part in your life when it's in check. You'll identify when to expect your anxiety triggers, how to befriend anxiety, and how to send it packing when it's holding you back. You'll leave with tools so that you get to be in charge of your life and back to doing the things you love to do instead of your mind holding you back.

Silencing the Negative Roommate in Your Head
Negativity bias is real! We are hardwired to look for danger and expect the worst! But we don't have to wear those bummer glasses all the time! In this workshop you'll learn how to identify your inner critic and your ANTs (automatic negative thoughts). Who would you be without those negative thoughts running the story in your mind all the time? Come find out!

Project Connect
This ongoing 90 minute monthly drop in workshop is a safe place to be yourself. (There is a middle school group and a high school group.) You belong here even if you think you are different or are shy. You might already have a million friends, but still don't feel seen or known. You might just feel like meeting some new cool people to expand your circle. Come join us, learn a little about yourself and a lot about others.

Bake Bread & Growth Zones
There is something awesome about baking your own bread and eating it with others. Come get your hands messy in this 2.5 hour workshop that requires zero experience or competency with baking. While the bread is in the oven we'll unpack our growth zones. How are you stretching in life? Does being uncomfortable and trying new things freak you out? How do you step out of your Comfort Zone and into your Growth Zone without entering your Panic Zone?

There are many ways to get your body and mind to align so that you can feel in control and make better choices. Yes, learning and practicing mindfulness is on the agenda - as well as some specific journaling techniques, movement and some surprises. Some of our most powerful leaders in sports and entertainment keep themselves sane with a stress-less toolkit. Come explore some methods and see what works for you.

Family Meeting
This is the updated and healthy version of a weekly family meeting where the entire family participates to solve problems, share appreciation, and develop imperative skills like compassionate listening and blameless communication. The workshop is one hour and done in your own home. This is appropriate for households with children ages 7-young adult.
