To cancel or reschedule please give 24 hours advance notice. If there's an emergency and you need to cancel please call or text 425-444-2139.
Life happens - you are allowed one "grace" last minute cancellation at no penalty. After once, the next last minute cancellation equals a forfeit of the session. The same "grace" is allotted to the coach, as well. If a last minute cancellation happens more than once, the client receives one free session.
